RETURNS
You can return eligible items within 15 days of delivery — unused, in original condition and packaging. Email us at hello@shopparalleldesigns.com or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 258-8301 with your order number to start (WhatsApp only).
You pay for return shipping. Pack each piece securely — original packaging is best — and use a tracked service. Acrylic is delicate.
Final sale — no returns or exchanges: clearance items, wholesale orders, and custom or personalized inserts (made to order just for you).
A note on inserts: interchangeable inserts must be unused to be eligible for return. Tried an insert and don't love the design? Reach out — we'll make it right with an exchange or store credit.

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
Prefer an exchange or store credit? We'll send you a free return label and waive the restocking fee. It's the easiest option — and the safest for your acrylic pieces, since fewer trips mean less risk of damage.

REFUNDS
Refunds carry a 15% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. Our pieces are high-end and acrylic is delicate — every shipment adds risk, and the fee helps us cover inspection and repackaging.
We'll check every item and proceed with the refund if everything is in the same condition we shipped it. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

GIFTS
Gifts can be returned with the original purchase receipt. Otherwise, the refund goes to the original buyer.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
Return shipping is on you unless you choose an exchange or store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Transit time for exchanges may vary by location.
