At Parallel Designs, 100% customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.


RETURNS
You may return eligible items within 30 days of your purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance items

  • Custom products & wall art frames

  • Wholesale orders


EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
If you choose to exchange your item or receive store credit, we’ll provide a free return shipping label and waive the $10 restocking fee.


REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email of its approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. For refunds to the original form of payment, a $10 restocking fee will be deducted.


GIFTS
Gift items can be returned with the original purchase receipt. If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the purchaser, the refund will go to the original buyer.
