Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Parallel Designs, each order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–4 weeks unless otherwise stated on the product page.
During high-volume seasons (holidays, promotions, or product launches), processing times may vary.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Carriers

We ship via UPS and other major carriers depending on destination and service selected at checkout.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on delivery location and package weight.


Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, the shipment becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

Parallel Designs is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered"

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim. We are happy to assist with documentation if needed.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.


International Orders

For orders outside the United States, please contact us at hello@shopparalleldesigns.com prior to placing your order. International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.


Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
