• How do the interchangeable design placemats work?

  Our placemats are made of high-quality transparent acrylic and have a special compartment where you can change the design whenever you like. Simply slide the decorative paper in and out from the side to refresh your table’s look in seconds.

• How do I clean the placemats?

  Acrylic placemats are very easy to clean. Just use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap. Avoid abrasive products or rough sponges to prevent scratching the surface.

• How long does shipping take?

  Shipping time varies depending on your location and the shipping method selected. In general, domestic shipments take between 1 and 5 business days, while international shipping may take longer. You will receive an email with your tracking number to monitor your order’s status.

• Can I return or exchange my order?

  We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days after receiving the product, as long as it is in its original condition and unused. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
